Julius K9 products undergo constant load tests, far exceeding what would be expected under normal use, to ensure they are safe and built to last. The 12-month warranty does not cover damage caused by dogs chewing the products, so make sure they are kept out of reach when not in use.
If you believe your product to be defective, please contact us to organise a warranty assessment and replacement, if deemed to be a manufacturing fault.
