Delivery is available Australia-wide. Items are shipped from our Brisbane warehouse.
Metro Areas: The estimated delivery time to metro areas is 2-7 business days, depending on your state.
Regional Areas: The estimated delivery time to regional areas is 3-10 business days, depending on your state.
Express Shipping is available on all products.
Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days to metro areas.
All orders placed before 2:00pm AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched from our warehouse that same day. Same-day dispatch excludes public holidays and weekends. Some out of stock items can be pre-ordered for when stock arrives, we will provide an ETA at the time of the order of when it is expected to be dispatched.
Click & Collect is available from our warehouse in Meadowbrook, QLD, 4131. If you would like to pick up your order, select Collect from Meadowbrook Warehouse in the shipping method section during checkout. Pick up is available during office hours only (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm).
Delivery Fees vary depending on the weight of your total order. Generally, the heavier the item is, the higher the delivery fee will be. Free Shipping (Standard eParcel) is applied to all orders with a product order subtotal over $100.
Please note: Express Post is calculated on the total order weight and delivery location. To calculate express post on your order, you can use the shipping calculator in the cart.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Once you order has been processed by our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order from dispatch to delivery via the Australia Post Tracking Portal.
Please Note: The tracking number will become active once it has been scanned by Australia Post, please allow 12 hours from receiving your tracking email before making contact.
Signature Required will be selected by default at the checkout, and Australia Post will request a signature upon delivery. You can opt for the item to be left in a safe place through your MyPost online account or app.
Through your MyPost online account or app, you can request to have the parcel left in a safe place.
