Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee?
At Julius K9 Australia, we offer a no-questions-asked 30-day Money Back or Exchange Guarantee on all unused items purchased from us. If you get the product home and you decide you do not want to keep it, or your circumstances change, you have the option to return it to us. If the product is the incorrect size, you can also return the item and exchange for the correct size. You will need to contact us HERE within the 30-day time period and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. To be eligible for your refund, your product must be returned in AS NEW CONDITION to our mailing address (19/33-43 Meakin Road, MEADOWBROOK, QLD, 4131) within 14 days of receiving the RMA. The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the purchaser. Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of arrival.
Any used items are not covered by our return guarantees, so ensure you leave any tags and labels on the product when checking that the product fits properly.

Important!
For a refund, a restocking fee of 5% of the purchase price is deducted from the refund. If exchanging to another product, this fee is waived.
The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the purchaser, and Return To Sender packages will incur a Return To Sender Fee.

Why are there deductions?
The 5% admin fee is to cover some of the costs of the transaction process. When a purchase is made, we are charged transaction fees and have labour costs, which are incorporated in the price of the products. If that item is refunded, we are charged additional transaction fees and have the labour cost of restocking items.
