At Julius K9 Australia, we use the Australia Post e-Parcel System to deliver most of our products. If your order is especially urgent, you can choose to have your parcel shipped Express Parcel Post for faster delivery. Due to the value of some of our products, we highly recommend a signature at collection on all parcels. See more on shipping here
If your order is placed before 2pm AEST on any business day, your order will be dispatched that same day! Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and Public Holidays are dispatched the next business day. This excludes pre-orders or pre-order products.
This depends on when you place your order, your location and your method of delivery. Most metro areas will see orders in 3-5 business days, regional areas can see up to 10 business days with e-parcel. Express post can be 1-2 days for Metro areas or 3-5 days for regional areas. Please note: Julius K9 Australia does not take responsibility for any delivery delays outside of our control.
